why is your computer acking that way?

Question

After changing the monitor, everything seems to work great except when I am on the internet and using hotmail. For example as I type this, the words are difficult to read and bleed or fade out near their edges, yet the rest of the page is sharp and clear. I first noticed it in the hotmail messages, in the in box it bleeds out where you cannot read the first letter of the line ad pictures are a bit fuzzy. Any ideas where to start in solving??

well did you look at the focuse on the monitor cause that could be the problem as well.
