how do I get the correct drivers.

Question

I upgraded to win 2000 and the driver that I downloaded from the fuji site for my finepix 2400z does not work. They do not have a contact area for this type of question. Any suggestions?

The error message is:

an error occurred during installation of this device. The installation failed because a function driver was not specified for this device instance.

I uninstalled the camera and then reinstalled it with the driver provided by Fuji but no luck

This question was answered on June 24, 2003. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

I suggest you go to the fuji company web site and dowen a driver from there, If that doesn't work or you have already check the HCL (hardware compatability list) and see if you OS is compatable with the camera.
