How to create HTML code?

I was told you help people with HTML codes my question is can anyone out there share the code for me to copy and paste to my web site ? the code has to be for a 50 cents to a dollar payment to pay for looking at pictures !

Dont understand exactly what you are asking. But, if you want the sentence "50 cents to a dollar payment for looking at pictures!" to put on the web-site, here it is:
