Position Title: Operations Manager

Compensation: Depends upon experience

Responsibilities

Data Doctors provides service and repair for Windows-based computer systems, both in the hardware and software areas, at it's friendly neighborhood locations. This is a front-line position; you will work the retail counter, you will visit customers at their home and/or business location. “Back-room” Technicians will ultimately fail in this role so be honest with yourself before applying. This position requires someone with strong leadership and organization skills with the ability to train and motivate others in an exciting, fun, challenging and competitive retail multi-store environment. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and willingness to work in a hands-on environment will be essential to the success of this individual. Additional requirements include a strong ability to complete technical tasks and to communicate options and solutions to customers (in English - NO GEEK SPEAK!).

A passion for providing uncommon customer service is a necessity.

Qualifications

Must have:

- High school diploma

- Valid driver's license

- A+ certification

- Customer service experience

- Self-motivation with a desire to advance

- Strong communication and organizational skills

Desired:

- Business Management Bachelors Degree

- Strong computer knowledge

- Previous technical experience
