Position Title: Computer Networking Specialist

Hours: Full-Time

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Perform on site computer and network support.

- Assist client in all aspects of networking and computer related systems.

- Generate leads and follow through with those leads.

Qualifications

- Must be able to communicate in non-technical, clear terms to customers.

- Must have a MCSE or Net+ certification, all others need not apply.

- Must have knowledge of networking, firewalls, servers (Novell and Microsoft a plus), operating systems (including server and PC based OS's), file and printer sharing, network security, internet filters, internet connectivity, CAT5 cabling, and other third party applications.

- Must have the ability to understand our clients network architecture quickly, and be able to determine issues and problems quickly.

- Must be honest and trustworthy.

- Must be able to document networks, computer systems and issues.

- Must be able to perform service in the most economical fashion.

- Must be able to manage expectations with our clients.

- Must have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).

Compensation is based on experience and is a combination of a base salary and bonuses.
