Position Title: Data Recovery Customer Relations Representative

Position Location: Phoenix Area (Tempe)

Compensation: $24,000 + Commission

Hours: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Sell data recovery services to potential customers over the phone.

• Handle inbound calls with the intent of generating sales and providing customer satisfaction.

• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads in order to close sales.

• Achieve monthly sales goals.

• Assess customer needs and suggests/promotes alternative products or services.

• Review customer inquiries, problems, requests and suggestions; determine appropriate solutions and/or responses.

• Provide support for existing clients, Franchisees and store locations.

• Proactively establish, build and maintain franchisee relationships.

• Work in conjunction with outside sales representatives (Partners) to provide pre-and/or post-sales support.

• Conduct surveys/courtesy calls to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.

• Assist in monitoring the volume of inbound call traffic and distribute calls based on staff availability.

• Analyze and make recommendations based on call volume trends and other factors for forecasting future needs including staffing and call capacity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

•Demonstrate effective sales and negotiating skills.

•Have strong communication skills.

•Ability to set and attain high goals.

•Ability to effectively respond to and resolve difficult customer situations and problems.

•Demonstrate a willingness to take extra measures whenever necessary to provide world-class sales, service and support.

•Basic Computer knowledge a plus.

•Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

•A desire to grow with the Data Doctors brand.
