Position Title: Sales Representative

Compensation: Depends on Experience

Hours: Full-Time

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

-Sell IT services and products to potential customers both in a retail environment and over the phone.

-Review customer inquiries, problems, requests and suggestions and assess customer needs; determine appropriate solutions and/or responses.

-Seek customer commitment by presenting specific technology services and products.

-Make outbound calls to follow up on customers that have systems in for diagnosis in order to close sales on further services or products.

-Achieve monthly sales goals.

-Provide support for existing clients.

-Proactively communicate with customers and co-workers at all levels to establish, build and maintain working relationships and to best serve the customer.

-Conduct courtesy calls to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.

Qualifications

The successful applicant will meet the following qualifications:

-Demonstrate effective sales and negotiating skills.

-Have strong communication skills.

-Demonstrate telephone etiquette as well as strong verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to take initiative and to influence/sell to others

-Ability to set and attain high goals.

-Ability to effectively respond to and resolve difficult customer situations and problems.

-Demonstrate a willingness to take extra measures whenever necessary to provide world-class sales, service and support.

-Basic Computer knowledge

-Working knowledge of technology terms.

-Strong prioritization and organizational skills

-Positive attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, and dedication.

-A desire to grow with the Data Doctors brand.

-High school diploma. College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
