Position Title: Outbound Sales Representative

Position Location: Phoenix Area (Tempe)

Compensation: $24,000-$26,000 + Performance Bonuses

Hours: Full-Time

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

-Sell IT services and products to pocntial customers that declined service in the store via the phone and email.

-Seek customer commitment by presenting specific technology services and products.

-Make outbound calls with the intent of generating sales and providing customer satisfaction.

-Achieve monthly sales goals.

-Assess customer needs and suggests/promotes alternative products or services.

-Review customer inquiries, problems, requests and suggestions; determine appropriate solutions and/or responses.

-Provide support for existing clients, Franchisees and store locations.

-Handle inbound Pay Per Click calls to help schedule in store and onsite service appointments.

-Proactively communicate with customers and co-workers at all levels to establish, build and maintain working relationships and to best serve the customer.

-Conduct surveys/courtesy calls to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.

-Cross train on Data Recovery and Laptop Repair.

-Assist in monitoring the volume of inbound call traffic for Data Recovery and Laptop Repair.

-Analyze and make recommendations for forecasting future needs including staffing and call capacity.

Qualifications

The successful applicant will meet the following qualifications:

-Demonstrate effective sales and negotiating skills.

-Demonstrate telephone etiquette

-Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to take initiative and to influence/sell to others

-Strong prioritization and organizational skills

-Ability to set and attain high goals.

-Ability to effectively respond to and resolve difficult customer situations and problems.

-Demonstrate a willingness to take extra measures whenever necessary to provide world-class sales, service and support.

-Basic Computer knowledge a plus.

-Positive attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, and dedication

-A desire to grow with the Data Doctors brand.

- High school diploma. College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
