I was very pleased with the help I recieved on the phone and in store. The turnaround time on my services being performed was crucial to me, and you went above and beyond my expectations. Thank You.5 / 5 stars
The only drawback I felt was that I thought the service, which cost $448.98, would run about $200-$250. Not being a techie myself, hence the visit to Data Doctors, I'm sure the service done was warranted and performed in a timely manner. The Tech, Jeff, was very polite and applied himself diligently to the tasks we expressed interest in. He appears to be very knowledgeable. Our "network" setup works very well and we are happy, at this early date, with its operation. We hope to purchase a replacment computer for my wife's equipment in the next few months. I will visit with Matt on University again about this when we are ready. We know that there are less expensive places to buy our equipment, but we like knowing that someone as broadly based in service as Data Doctors is there to help, when the you know what hits the fan. I enjoy your weekend show on KTAR, even though I don't really understand what you are usually talking about. That" little weasel" Adam amazes me. Keep up your good work!5 / 5 stars

My screen flickers since I got it back. I do not know how to fix that problem. The last machine, that you put a hard drive in, also flickered but the tech fixed it before I left the store. I did not notice the problem until I got home. If I remember right the hard drive cost about $100.00. I do not know what the labor is because it was installed sort of as a warranty situation. I feel that the hard drive replacement option should have been offered as opposed to the work that was performed.
