I am a retired person who has never taken a computer course and almost everything I do I've learned myself stumbling around. So, needless to say, I so far only use my computer for Craigslist, email, sometimes trying to Google something, mapquest, and Facebook. I really appreciated the young man who was so patient, plain spoken, kind, and generous with his time. I had to call and go back but the fault was not anything to do with Data Drs, but the wireless signal where I was staying. Your representative was very understanding and helpful to me; never condesending.5 / 5 stars
I really appreciate both Joe and James taking the time to answer my questions AND making sure I understood their answers . I also appreciate their asking for ID when I handed them my credit card. Not many people ask to see
ID even tho' my cards say to!
Good guys....very professional!
And yes, I already get your newsletter.4.5 / 5 stars
I was disappointed to learn that the data vault you had sold to me several years back was not backing up as promised.
It has resulted in my not having as high an opinion as before.5 / 5 stars

Thanks to Robert D'Arezzo who helped me tremendously a year ago with my 7-year old frazzled DD computer; and when contacting him recently, graciously referred me to Joe Risacher for assistance in purchasing a new computer. WOW! What great service I had from that point with Joe assisting me in in choosing the computer and programs for my needs. The 8-year old tower and data vault were promptly picked up at my house and taken into the store for the transfer to the new one. Two days later Sonny Azziz delivered to my home a new computer and new data vault. He not only set up the computer, but also a new monitor and a new all-in-one printer, making sure that everything was working properly and very patient in answering all my questions during a mini-training session. My experience with Data Doctors has been very exceptional over the years.
Unfortunately, I didn't realize I should have mentioned to Joe that I had installed fonts that are necessary for my work (I thought they would be transfered automatically). My question now is, "The Broderbund Click Art Fonts 3"are on a CD that I have and I would like to install them, but would they work with the new Windows 7 home program that I have--at least for the XP documents that need to be printed with their original font style?
Thanks for your help!
