Internet Cookies
To toss or not to toss...that is the question!
There is much controversy about the use of Cookies on the Internet, but one thing is for certain...they are here to stay!
Since they don't contain any real information about you, the real issue in our minds is the information that you give up when you fill out a form on a web site. The cookie just allows them to link your visits to the information that gave up on your first visit.
So before you get carried away trying to manage cookies, be more mindful of the information that you give up in the first place!

Voice Recognition
Does it work? Is it something for me? Should I buy a program?
These are common questions that have been asked since the movie '2001: A Space Odyssey' was released. While the technology has certainly improved dramatically, it's still not like it is portrayed in the movies.
Voice recognition can be used for voice command or dictation, but the key issue is whether you are willing to devote the time it take to train your system and more importantly, yourself to make it an effective tool.
If you have a newer version of Microsoft Word or Office XP, you already have 'Speech Recognition' built-in, so give it a try!

HDTV - the future of television
If you have ever experienced High Definition TeleVision, you most likely uttered the same words that most of us have...'I want it'!

The Internet Archive project!
The folks at Archive.org believe that someone should be documenting all of the content that is published on the Internet and who better than them!
Since 1996, they have been gathering as much content and archiving it on their system so that users can visit the web from the past.
See what your favorite web site or company site looked like in the past by visiting the "Way Back Machine"!
