Each year, the fine folks over at PC Magazine review thousands of new web sites and compile their annual web site lists.

This year's choices include entries from the following categories:

Incremental Backup: Any backup where only the data that has changed since the last backup is copied. Incremental backups can not be made until at least one full backup has been performed. The primary reason incremental backups are used is to save time over a full backup of all data.
