I have never been so pleased with service for my electronics. I was told exactly what was wrong, exactly what needed to be done, and exactly how much it would be. Data Doctors Boulder is great with their communication skills. I was given a call to let me know what they suggested, asked if I wanted it fixed, and when it was done I was called immediately. I had my Sony VAIO worked on, and they were able to not only fix it but also save all of my data which is of most importance to me, as I am a graduate student at CU and also work with the Justice Department. Finally, I NEVER sign up for service contracts, warrantees, etc. but the service plan for 8.95 monthly was logical, and most most importantly it was not forced on me which is the most annoying thing ever. Overall, I think Data Doctors of Boulder is great and I have recommended it to many friends and coworkers.

Jake and Ash (mostly dealt with Jake) took good care of me. Never rushed our conversations and went the extra mile to look into "issues" I didn't understand. Very professional, yet very personable -- always approachable!5 / 5 stars
I appreciate not feeling like an idiot when I have questions. Thanks for being so down home and helpful.5 / 5 stars
Jake was great! He was very good in teaching me about my computer and what it needed. This was critical since I use it for work everyday. I also am on a very good plan that helps with preventing problems.4.5 / 5 stars
The repairs that were made to my computer were excellent and completely brought my computer back into working order.
The only thing that I did not like about the whole process was that because my laptop is a little older (new in 2008) there were no new parts available that Data Doctors could order and replace for me. Instead I had to go into the store and order a used part from an internet site which was then shipped to Data Doctors and installed into my computer for me. It seemed like an unnecessary step that kind of prolonged the process because even after I ordered the part, it was still shipped to the store where the technicians installed it once it arrived, but it would have gone a little faster if I hadn't had to actually physically go to the store and order the part from there.
Aside from that one little hiccup, I am 100% satisfied with how my computer works now and will surely visit in the future with any problems that I may have.
