Storing and sharing your photos Online

Data Doctors Radio Program | Ken Colburn, Brandon Disney & Ken Moskowitz Uploading your images to a photo sharing site is a great idea for anyone that has a digital camera for a variety of reasons:
- It becomes an off-site backup of your precious photos
- It eliminates the complications of e-mailing photos
- It allows you to share your memories with others, publicly or privately - It allows you an easy way to keep your photos organized

But with over 50 different sites to choose from, how do you know which one is best suited for your needs?

Listen in as the Data Doctors discuss the pros and cons of the various photo sharing sites and invite our listeners to provide the
"wisdom of the crowd" (in other words, we want you to call or e-mail us with your tips for online photo sharing!)

Join us every Weekend as we discuss your computer questions. You can post questions on Facebook or e-mail your questions during (or before) the broadcast using the ask a question page.

Geek Speak of the Week

Lag: In computing, lag is a slang term that describes the delay in response when the user prompts an action. For instance, if your keyboard buffer fills up, there will be a lag in response as you type. Digital cameras typically have a lag when you press the button to take a picture. Gamers that are competing online through a slow Internet connection will experience a lag in the game that can often mean losing.
