- » DON'T TYPE MESSAGES IN ALL CAPS!!! This is the Internet equivalent of shouting at the person.
- » Use proper spelling, punctuation and capitalization.
- » Keep it short and to the point. Novels don't read well in e-mail messages.
- » Don't attach large files (over 50k) unless the recipient is aware that it is coming. 20 minute downloads for a single message are irritating!
- » Don’t leave the subject line blank – many people will simply delete any message that has no subject line. Make it short and descriptive, so the recipient can make a quick decision abo
