In Remembrance of Those We Lost!
We are taking a break from technology this week to remember the U.S. men and women who lost their lives serving this great country. Freedom of speech, equal rights to all, & the right to vote are just some the great privileges we have!
Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, dates back to 1865 when organized women's groups in the South were decorating graves before the end of the Civil War. President Lyndon Johnson officially declared Waterloo N.Y. the birthplace of Memorial Day in May 1966, however, it's difficult to prove conclusively the origins of the day.
Listen in as Ken, Brandon, Michal & C.Cab discuss Memorial Day web sites & resources that will help you honor those that helped forge this country from the ground up.
