- Windows 95 - 95/95A/95B/95C - Released on August 24, 1995 - Upgrade from Win3.x. Designed for both home & corporate users.
- Windows 98 / SE (Second Edition) - Released on June 25, 1998 - Based on the same code as Win95 with improvements. Designed for both home & corporate users.
- Windows ME (Millennium Edition) - Released on June 19, 2000 - Upgrade for Win98. Based on portions of Windows 2000 code.
- Windows NT 3.51/4.0 - Released in August of 1993 - Based on entirely new code and designed for corporate desktops & servers.
