Computer Ergonomics or the pain of computing
Anyone that has used a mouse for an extended period of time has probably noticed a slight pull or numbness in their wrist, forearm or fingers. OSHA describes these 'ergonomic injuries' as MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders).
Combating these problems could be as simple as making an adjustment to your chair, monitor or keyboard.
