Your employees are the best. I brought my laptop in because it was running slow and I also could not get into my Hotmail account. They scanned and got rid of all the viruses and various infections that were slowing down the performance of my laptop. I also had more memory added (from 4 gigs to 8). What a difference!! The two young fellows at the store at McKellips and Greenfield gave me excellent service and were very friendly and kind. I had a computer problem and they explained what needed to be done to a non-computer person in a way which I could understand. They gave me suggests on how to keep my computer in better working order but were not pushy. They were friendly and made the repairs to my computer in a timely fashion. Thanks guys for doing an excellent job.

WHILE TRYING TO RESTORE MY COMPUTER TO AN EARLIER DATE, IT CRASHED. 8/31/13 TOOK TOWER INTO YOUR STORE. TROY SAID, IT WOULD NEED TO BE EVAULATED. NEXT DAY, HAS LOTS OF VIRUSES, NEED YOUR DISC'S TO RESTORE PROGRAMS AFTER REMOVING PROBLEMS..TOOK DISC'S INTO STORE. WED. I CALLED, HAVING PROBLEMS RESTORING INFO. WILL TAKE MORE TIME. THURS, CALLED, GIVE US ANOTHER DAY. FRI. CALLED AROUND NOON, ITS NOT DONE, RE RUNNING TESTS ON COMPUTER, BUT SHOULD BE DONE BY 4:30PM AT 5PM I CALLED NO ANSWER...RECORDING ONLY, NO ONE CALLED BACK, AT 5:40PM CALLED AGAIN, NO ANSWER NO ONE CALLED BACK....SAT. MORNING I DROVE TO YOUR BUSINESS WAITED TILL STORE OPENED...ASHLEY OPENED THE STORE, TOLD HER WHO I WAS, COMPUTER NOT READY BUT IT SHOULD ONLY TAKE ABOUT AN HOUR.."IM NOT LEAVING TILL ITS DONE" FROM 10AM TO ABOUT 11:15 WITH CUSTOMERS ENTERING WITH COMPUTER PROBLEMS, SHE FINALLY GOT IT RELOADED. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY, HOWEVER, ASHLEY WAS SUPER WITH HER CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPLAINED ALOT TO ME AND I TOLD HER THAT HER SKILLS ARE OUTSTANDING WITH PEOPLE. I KNOW TROY'S WIFE HAS BEEN ILL, AND HIS MIND SHOULD BE ON HIS FAMILY SO I UNDERSTAND PUTTING ME OFF FOR 5 DAYS. HOWEVER I REALLY BELIEVE YOUR BUSINESS CAN BE IMPROVED BY LETTING PEOPLE KNOW BY A PHONE CALL. AND HAVING SOMEONE AT YOUR COUNTER THAT DOESNT TAKE AWAY FROM FIXING/REPAIRING CUSTOMERS COMPUTERS. IT WOULD BE WORTH THE XTRA INVESTMENT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

In the past, I went to the DATA DOCTORS on Baseline near Val Vista. I was unhappy with my last visit in the fall of 2012. I decided to go to the DATA DOCTORS on Greenfield and McKellips and give DATA DOCTORS another try. My overall experience with this Data Doctors store was very positive and the technicians Ashe and Troy were very patient and helpful. I would definitely return to this site in the future! I BROUGHT MY COMPUTER TO BE WORKED ON AND FOUND OUT IT HAD A NUMBER OF PROBLEMS, TO REPAIR IT WOULD BE A COSTLY EVENT BECAUSE UNIT WAS A 2005, DECIDED TO PURCHASE ONE FROM YOU. TROY WAS VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING A PROBLEM I HAD WHEN I CALL AND TOOK THE TIME TO HELP ME ALONG IN CORRECTING IT. ASH, WAS VERY HELPFUL AN PATIENCE IN EXPLAINING ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE SYSTEM AND TOLD ME IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEMS TO WRITE THEM DOWN AND CALL, WHICH I HAVE, AND WALKED ME THRU THE PROBLEMS. I NEED TO CONTACT HER AGAIN THIS WEEK, AN KNOW I WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF. I WILL RECOMMEN YOUR SERVICES TO ANY ONE WHO HAS A PROBLEM. I brought my machine into the store on the 8/13/13 because I couldn't open up a second window with in internet explorer (message pop up IE has stopped working and needs to close), plus the machine seemed to be running slower. and I would get a high usage alert. 2 days later I was told I had a large virus, the hardware was OK, but it would cost 279.00 to fix so I agreed. On the 17th I picked up the machine, brought it home and booted it up. The same issue's were still there. I am still unable to open a 2nd browser window with out an error, the machine is still slow and I am getting a high usage alert. I did call back in and let the tech know but I had leave town and will not be able to bring the machine back until Monday afternoon. When I picked up the machine the tech booted it up to show me it was alright but realized that he had forgot some things, I told him that if he needed it longer I would leave and come back next week but he said no and that it was complete. I think that after the service has been performed on a machine you should at least check to see if the ISSUES that the machine was brought in for are resolved before the customer brings it home. I am a returning customer and have had positive experiences on the previous 2 visits.
