14 Oct. 2010 Data DocrorsL It has been awhile since you srviced my oomp. but I muat say that it cost allot of money. The work was not complete as m,y fax still does not work properly? It did at first but whent south after awhile. Your people tell me to bring it in again but that is a waste of time and a pain! Disconnecting a comp is not all that easy and a waste of time for me. I will not bring it in until it really gets bad again! I tried a few times to get help on the phone but your techs were interupted by the phone too often, that is a pain too! Paul. [email protected]

I don't know about getting better because your Troy at the McKellips store was extremely helpful and to me seemed to be very knowledgeable. We did have one small glitch in my computer not recognizing my mouse after repairs (major corruption of BIOS). I brought the PC back and Troy had it fixed in a few minutes. Your technicians were very helpful. When the laptop I brought in was deemed unfixable, all service charges were dropped. I brought in a desktop, which had been infected. It was made as good as new and I only paid the $29.95 charge because of being in your maintenance program. That was a nice touch! Thanks for your service and attention to customer satisfaction.

I felt that the time frame of repairing my laptop was very good..I apparently had a number of viruses on my unit..In the future, I would like to have an itemized list of exactly what was done and what viruses were fixed. The receipt given to me really did not explain what/why things were done.....also a list of pricing should be available to see in the store.. $$ .... repairing a virus $$..... installing software I hope you can see what I am getting at.. First of all THANK YOU! for being in business!!! I bought a pretty nice little laptop from at the Mesa store on Greenfield a couple of years ago, when my Dell "T" Desktop died. I loved the new laptop then & love it today. I recently experienced s-l-o-w operating system, so I brought it in. The computer was thoroughly checked out, and we added a Gig of memory to the 512 MB that had come with it, & cleaned up some fragments of a couple of viruses that were left behind by Norton 360 Premeier. My laptop works great now, with just the amount of speed I need to do Word & Excel projects for work; do personal financial stuff & and surf the web at home. I joined in on the Quality Service, which I wish I would have had prior to coming in. I would have saved some $$$. Never-the-less, again, my experience with Data Doctors was very pleasant. Brian was very knowledgeable, customer service oriented & professional. I will continue do business with you & tell all of my collegues witht the City of Phoenix about my experience. Also love the radio show. It is entertaining and a plethora of information. Your web site is awsome too! :) Bill Napier

It ended up taking almost 2 weeks to get my computer fixed. Part of the fix was to increase the RAM. Apparently there were problems getting the needed hardware sent. My issue is the lack of communication regarding this. I would be told it would take a couple of days. The time went by and no call. So I would call in, hear about the problems, and would be called back. I would wait for longer than I thought it should take, and call in again. The staff here doesn't seem to realize that it's very frustrating to feel you have been forgotten. Also, I took in my wireless connection, which didn't stay with the unit. By the time I came to pick up my computer, I had forgotten to get this as well. Another call in and Brian didn't know anything about it. He said he would look around. I waited all day, called in again and he had found it but had been too busy to let me know. A few times I did express my frustration with not being contacted and updated. It didn't seem to mean anything. Your last question is hard for me to answer, my computer is working but I'm not interested in spending any more time on this.
