It took you 11 days to fix my compute. I think that was way to much time. I know that Matt did all that he could do to get the part that was needed. I think you should look at getting a better parts vender. As far as the work that was done I have not found any problem with it.

After determination by DD that I needed a new C hard drive, I brought my original software into your shop and decided to try your CA anti-virus/spyware and install a DVD-R/W drive. (Saturday a.m.). When I called on Monday to see how the repairs were going, no one new of the CA installation. When I arrived on Wednesday afternoon to pick up my newly repaired pc, I immediately noticed that DD had failed to install the DVD-R/W drive. Matt was excellent and did the installation immediately, BUT, I did not get any documentation about who manufactured the new DVD or of the R/W speeds or care info. Be certain that when a customer comes into the shop for work, that what that customer requests is WRITTEN DOWN and not just left to memory. Otherwise, overall good job.

They were helpful, however the computor still shuts down after I am on it for more than an hour or so. I have had it back to have it checked and they could not find out the problem. I know I should bring it back again for the third time but I can't be without it for days, as in the past two times.

I brought my laptop in because it was running slow. I had over 70 processes running & I didn't know how to turn them off or remove them. Your techs at your Greenfield store found 19 viruses & 28 spy programs which they removed.I had Norton for a anti-virus,firewall,spy ware & spam. Your techs recomended that Norton be removed & CA anti-virus installed which they did. When I brought the computer home,it ran faster,but some other problems occurred,such as every time I booted up,a window appeared stating that CA had a problem & had to close,also the icon for Ca in the tray disappeared.I had to access CA through programs. I brought the computer back several times with the same problem & your techs did everything to fix the problem each time. They recommended another virus program.I went to Fry's Electronics & purchased Panda virus program,brought both program & computer to shop & CA was uninstalled & Panda Installed.Since then the computer is running great. I wish to thank the tech,s that worked on my computer.They went beyond the usual effort to correct my problem. They are a great asset to your company. One was named Matt,But I didn't catch the others name,but he knows who he is. Thank you again, Richard Malone 480-396-6209
