I was most impressed, first, with the greeting I received by your employee, Will, at the Tatum and thunderbird location. Each encounter was the same - friendly and warmth. My computer works GREAT. I would suggest to anyone to stop by this location with there computer problems. I listen to your radio program each Saturday - great imformation. I've learned to get rid (delete) my installed "register cleaner". Smile. Tom McClain

I thought my computer was destroyed by the virus. Joe did a great job of finding the problem, correcting it, and setting me up with a good spyware to avoid future problems. The virus actually came from a protection package I had purchased on line. Joe was going to maake note ofthat on my receipt, so I could trry and get a rewfund on my credit card charge from them. He forgot to includew thet information on my receipt. Could I please get something in writing on that so I can supply it to the credit card company? Thank you, Larry

This is Charlotte Hake, Dan's wife. I am the one who has used, or attempts to use this computer ever since we bought it new over a year ago, from the Data Doctor store located at Tatum and Thunderbird in Phoenix. We had bought one from the same place previously and had a favorable experience and working relationship with the employees. That has not been the case with this computer from the day Dan first brought it home, He took the computer back and the problems have never been satisfactorily resolved. We were told that things were done differently now. Dan was informed that everything we needed was there and basically we just had to figure out how to use the "new system". The problems are too many to elaborate on all the gory details here. The last time Dan spoke to one of the "expert techies" at Data Doctor, he was told it would cost several hundred dollars, or nearly half the original cost of this lame duck computer. to fix something that has existed from Day 1, when he brought it home. This does not set particularly well with me when Iam trying to watch a training vidie at midnight, and a window drops down informing me I need to download, or upgrade some program to enable me to continue, when we have already downloaded and upgraded these same programs many times. I never had the frustration and trouble with my emails like I have on this computer. We have emails through MSN, Earthlink, and Hotmail. There are problems with all of them. Yes we have tried adjusting the security levels. NADA! The same little square with a red dot shows up. NOTHING we try will open it. The problems go on from there. Dan does listen to the Radio Show and he does receive your email newsletter. There are often some good bits of information in both. Nothing has helped our situation. I would be delighted to speak to someone regarding our situation. It has cost us a lot in time and money over this past year. We can not affod a new computer at this time. Thanks for your concern. Now, can we get to the root of the problems and fix them? Charlotte and Dan Hake.
