I love these guys at the store. The only problem is sometimes they don't write everything down when I bring in my computer, even though I'm standing there telling them when they type the information in, so I come to the store each time to pick up the computer and something has been left out (especially aggrevating after having it in their shop for more than a week). Sorry! :(

I love the vicinity of the CBR store to most things I do. And I think the techs are top notch. The most important feedback is that it needs to be well staffed. I know you need to economize, but if they are always up front attending to customers, how does the work get done? Whenever I am in the store, there is a steady flow of walk-ins and phone calls. Wouldn't it be smart to have a part-time $10-12/hr admin person, during the busiest hours, greet customers and handle the intake info, power up the computer if appropriate, then hand the customer over to one of the techs? He/she could also screen phone calls, pull up the account, identify who has the account and hand off the call. A lot of time could be saved. Just a thought anyway. Thank you.

I a very pleased with the performance of the PC since the new hard drive was installed. Without all the "crap" pre-loaded software, it runs much faster. I do think communications could be improved--I had to call to check a couple of times for updates when the time frame for working on the PC exceeded ( by several days) the estimate that had been given to me. Overall, I am very pleased with the service the PC rec'd and the customer service. Thanks!

Some drivers were changed (Keyboard). I cannot install a Common API Service. Internet stored passwords were deleted. I would recommend that your virus cleaning service be optional when you are only replacing hardware such as power supply and video cards. I am suspicious that your thorough cleaning has caused some problems.
