after cleaning my computer, I found that all my user names that were saved were no longer there and in a couple of cases i had to ask them which user nane I had used as I did not write that down or had to have them restat my account with a new user name and password.

the computer worked when I got it back but had to figure out how to take it off WIFI and put it back on direct connection to internet and to get my internet icon back on the screen. When it was brought in the tech was surly and said if I had brought it in every 90 days for servicing I probably wouldn't have had it crash....News Flash. I had had the computer in about 100 days before because it had crashed and the Trend security program was put on. When I checked out this time, I was charged again the $59 for Trend and my card was right in front of the person with the install date of 2/10/2012. I ws credited but it was a careless mistake that shouldn't have been made. Quite frankly, if I could find another company that can repair computers as effectively as you do I would change because your customer facing people leave a lot to be desired in customer service to people that aren't on their level tech wise in helping them to get their systems back to normal after the repairs.

I am very happy with the service I received from Data Doctors. I worked with Steve from start to finish. He was professional and courteous and called me before any repair work was done. He explained what was wrong with my computer and what they could do to fix it. He told me the approximate length of time it would take to fix my computer. When I picked up my computer, Steve took the time to plug it in so I could see that it was working. Also, my computer was cleaned up and looked brand new! My anti-virus needed to be put back on and they helped me do that while I was in the store. My computer is home now and running much faster than before.

My computer came back to me with no toolbar whatsoever....no "file, view, edit, home, option, properties" NOTHING. All of my favorites are missing with no ability to create new favorites. I am completely disappointed. My computer was handed back to me as a blank slate, basically. The only thing I can do now is access the internet and send e-mails. I called the store immediately after I returned home and discovered all the missing features that I depend on. I left a message for Wyley to call me back and no one ever did. I am disabled. Now I have to bring my computer back to the store which is extremely inconvenient for me as I have to use a walker to get around. I tried everythingI could think to bring back my tool bar andnothing worked. After spending $400 I would think that I could have expected at least a computer with a toolbar. It is Sunday morning and I am completely frustrated. Thanks very much for your "help."

I couldn't expect, or receive, better service. Your technicians diagnosed and resolved the problem with my desktop and, as requested, checked for and removed viruses. Steve was particularly helpful in keeping me up to date with the status of this unit's progress. Being without a computer for 7 calendar days is a difficult task but with proper explanation of the reason it takes that long to run required programs makes the wait a bit more palatable. I've subscribed to the newsletter for years; a third option for people like me for the "Would you like to receive our email newsletter?" question might be a consideration. Thank you

Riley was so helpful in trying to hook my laser printer up to my laptop but didn't have any luck. Not sure if he just gave up, nor do I really know if it is possible or not to accomplish. Awaiting a final from the lab in Tempe as they have had my hard drive for quite awhile. I noted that everyone wants to sell me something. Otherwise, they did a good job.
