I've had some service on my old computer and some advice back in February stuck in my mind about external backup clones. And over the following few months, I built up several redundant backups (I still need to get a small safe). So when a summer storm power outage seemed to cause a cascade of computer problems that ultimately caused something to go bad, I went ahead and bought a 1400 USD Nobilis from you. (And the 'old' technology 'forced' me to go ahead to finally get a new computer.) It was convenient, local, no computer meant no internet access for me to research and assemble another computer, able to still install XP Pro, and the power of good, basic advice about external backup (and other such basic stuff) led me to continue to use your service. No earth-shattering difference between my old AGP system and this new PCIe stuff (RAM, video RAM, and CPU abilities were already sorta similar). It's just modern and will reliable service me into the future, and it's upgradeable. And will all my good backup resources, I know nothing has been lost. While, like many, I am grumpy about this nearly new install bit (I know it's for the best, but...), but I'm comfortably well prepared. And I am planning to be better prepared for the next computer catastrophe years in the future.

As this world appears to be losing its professionalism all the way around, it was very refreshing to experience such a high quality of professionalism from these two. Each one individually left me with a feeling of complete confidence in their ability to fix whatever was wrong with my computer ... and it was a lot. John at the Camelback Road shop accepted my DOA laptop and successfully retrieved my data even after the only response I could get was "Operating System not found." He was courteous but made it clear that data recovery might not succeed, so I was prepared for bad news. I was ready to order a new laptop anyway, and John facilitated that. Again he exceeded his own goal, obtaining the new laptop, loading software I'd ordered, and restoring my old data several days sooner than expected. It is good business practice to inform customers of expected results and deadlines with realistic caveats. Because John coached me to contain my expectations, I was delighted with outstanding results. I was also prepared for bad news, in case data recovery wasn't possible. Finally, John carefully demonstrated use of my new laptop, how to back up my data routinely, and persuaded me to buy a Belkin Battery Backup. Did I mention he's a good salesman? Hang on to this guy. He's good!
