I sent a friend to the store on FLW & TPP. Unfortunately, you had closed a few minutes early, and she missed you. I'd like to see your hours extended to accomodate workers. It's the nature of the beast if you want to run a retail location. I still recommend you, but that was a black eye. Thanks for all the good work you do at a fair price.

Steve and Bill at the Scottsdale, Arizona #201 store are awesome. I've been in three times for service on my Dell desktop and each time the service has been fast and thorough (Bill demonstrates that the repair or service he performed actually solved my problem before releasing the hardware). There is a closer location to my home but I always drive the extra distance to store #201. During my first experience there, Steve was able to solve a problem that five other stores either couldn't figure out or wanted an outrageous fee just to evaluate.

Reference: Data Doctor's #201 Work Order # 4588 We want to commend your franchisee / service technician, Bill __?__ for making our recent experience with Data Doctors so outstanding. He especially went to exceptional lengths and levels of service, impressing us as well as earning our continuing business. We intend to recommend the facility, and Bill to all we know in need of systems advice, equipment/accesories and service/installation. Following a harddrive failure on our home cpu, and responding to Yellow Page advertising, we went in to the above D-D facility and consulted with Bill. He was especially helpful, very expereinced and knowledgeable, and above all, offered very objective and valid guidance. After attempting to retrieve the contents of the falied harddrive without success, we asked if there might be additional means available. Bill advised us of the possibilities that the D-D Tempe, AZ lab might offer and cautioned us about the risks and low probability of success in addition to explaining impartially what costs to expect. Regardless, we opted to have the lab attempt recovery for which he's made arrangements. Additionally and at our request, Bill serviced the cpu, added additonal RAM, replaced the hard drive with an upgraded unit and loaded the operating system along with the essential basic ancillary programs. he completed this in less than 24 hours, including downloads and testing, all at very reasonable costs for the replacement equipment and labor. The cpu performed better than promised and wiithout issues. We are pleased to have found the best of small town-type commitment, approach and values at Data Doctor's #201. I purchased a new computer and brought my old computer in to have the data transferred and to check the new computer to see if the data I transferred was loaded properly. .I spoke with Jeremy Brattain by phone prior to bringing in my computer for service. He performed the work as dscribed and explained very thourghly how to get to the information that was transferred. he was very courteous at all times, He also reminded me to call if I had any questions. I was impressed by the professional manner and how promptly he performed the work.
