I first took my computer in and had a full service done on it..the guys were great and we got it all worked out. Unfortunately my computer still was having problems, and after taking it in a couple times to Jared, he reformatted my computer, saving all my data, and for no cost at all! I have now befriended all the guys at Data Doctors (you know who I am:0) and if I ever have any problems in the future (which I won''t because those guys are great) I will bring it back to them!

I think the services of the Data Doctors in Flagstaff were first of all friendly and very helpful. I dont feel aas though that I was taken for a ride and had to buy stuff or services I didnt need. My computer makes a horrible noise every once in awhile at shut down, like something is stuck, it also takes forever to load at start up. Slower than before I brought it in. I am afraid to bring it back because I need the computer but not another $300 bill to fix it.

I was very pleased with the techs & customer service. My one disappointment was that I was told that upgrading from 2000 to XP would probably solve a "drifiting cursor" issue on my notebook which kept the unit from falling asleep. Based on that, I made the decission to do the upgrade along with a lot of other work I was having done. I was not unhappy with windows 2000 but if that would solve the problem it would be worth it. When I went to pick up the computer the cursor no longer drifted but... sped across the screen. The solution offered to me was via bios the diconnected the touch pad which makes my portable ... no longer portable as I must use a usb mouse. I was offered my anti virus program at no charge but it still leaves a feeling of disappointment in the service experience I had with your company. All in all I spent over $350.00 .. I am not so sure I would do it again.

I would like to thank you for making things right with my computer after I submitted my survey. I think that we had a bit of communication confusion, I was thrilled to have the techs explain to me my options and their ability to recover my lost music. The staff was awesome and I truly appreciate their understanding and all of their hard work. I also want to thank corporate for actually paying attention to my survey and trying to resolve issues, it really means a lot to me as a patron; Thank you. I also want to mention that everyone at the Flagstaff location was very professional, informed and a pleasure to work with. I will contiunue to refer all of my friends to Data Dr.s for computer serices.
