I want to tell you that Justin and Tim at the Baseline store in Mesa are wonderful. I brought my computer in, that had crashed, and they helped me through the process. With professionalism and grace. I have listened to the radio program for years but had not had the opportunity to take advantage of any of your services. I brought an old computer in for troubleshooting because I was experiencing drive crashes on different drives and I wanted to find out what the problem might be. Your staff was very helpful and we decided on purchasing a new computer rather than attempting to repair the old one. The purchase has proved to be the right decision and has worked almost flawlessly while I reinstalled all my applications and got back to productivity at home.

The two gentlmen at the Gilbert store on baseline road where great, One was named Justin and I am real sorry I do not remember the other one, Justin is also the name of my nephew and that is why I remember his name. I took my computer into the store at Baseline west of Val Vista. Tim and Justin took care of me. They both explained in detail the issues my computer probably had and what it was going to take to fix my computer. They both assured me they would either fix it or let me know if it was not fixable, but they believed with my symptoms they would be able to clean it up. Since this was the first time I had taken my computer to someone I was apprehensive at first since it had all of my personal info on it. They were able to tell me I should not worry and none of my info would be compromised. They made me feel better about leaving them with all of my personal info. I appreciated this very much. After a few days my computer was fixed and cleaned and it worked really well. They did a good job. Thanks.

I think Data Doctors is the greatest place to take your computor. I am an elderly lady and am a computor "DUMMY" so when I have a problem, off I go to my Data Doctor's with my story as to what I can't do AGAIN, and they take it right away and fix it all up right away as I wait and in a matter of minutes I'm back to using myy computor. My laptop hard drive failed and although I had paid to have my data copied from my old laptop and although the hard drive failing was not my fault, I had to pay $99 to copy my data, but very little of my old computer remains. I am disappointed. I have recommended Data Doctors to many people and in fact the week before my computer failed I had highly recommended DD to one of my dearest friends who is shopping for computers. I have purchased my last two computers from DD. I am now having issues with my DD desktop that is about 2 years old and I'm hesitant to call DD.
