I originally worked with Jordan a week ago with a technical problem with an old laptop...i decided to purchase a new laptop from Data Doctors. He was very easy to work with and had awesome customer service skills. He got my new laptop up and running with all my data transferred to my new laptop from my old. My pickup of new computer was handled by Pete- the store manager. Upon pickup- I tried to open outlook and found the same problem i had on my original computer-- I have to say that working with Pete-- he just didn't have the customer relation skills to make me feel good about the work being done. At this time, I honestly couldn't put my finger on it, but knew it was much easier and enjoyable working with Jordan. On my pickup- I dealt with Jordan and everything worked and I was happy. I immediately left on a personal trip and was unable to work with my new computer. I shortened my trip by 1 day to come home and install all my software, etc-- get my computer up and working so I could work on Tuesday- April 13 as "normal". I found something wrong as I was downloading a driver for Windows 7 for my docking station - the hard drive was full. I purchased the exact same harddrive space as my old computer and my old computer had 78GB free space-- my new one should have the same. I called Data Doctors, and Pete said to bring the new computer and i should not have to download any new drivers-- they should all be there already. He told me to bring in the software that i was having issues with. Upon my arrival- pete had NO CUSTOMER SKILLS or seemed to care about my dilemma of having only TODAY to work on this problem. I asked if he could look at it real quick and he said he would have to check it into the store as a Warranty issue and couldn't be sure when it would be done. ???????????? This should have been done when i picked it up- been a perfect working computer--so due to some issue -- I now had a computer not working with no idea when it would be done. He didn't even make it clear that it would be a priority for THE SAME DAY. He told me "i don't want to sugar coat it...these things could take time". I asked-- maybe something was just copied duplicately from my original computer-- could he at least just look at it-- he wouldn't. He told me when copying things from an old computer- it may copied over the problems as well. I told him it didn't have any problem except a pst. file in outlook that wouldn't reload since it was too large. Why should that affect doubling my hard drive space. he said nothing. I proceeded to show him the software i couldn't load on my computer and he said since i didn't purchase the package to load 3 software pieces on my computer-- it would be an additional $99. I thought as good customer service for my troubles that originated from this store-- he would throw it in for free!! 1. I bought a computer from Data Doctors--- not best buy, not anyone else..but Data Doctors. 2. I had to drive back into town 20 minutes to bring my computer in-- time and gas for a problem that I didn't create. 3. I only had today to get this all working and up and going...and to help with the timing issue due to a data doctors problem...why not offer this to earn my business again?? I knew after talking to him- i would NEVER go back to that store ever again. Thankfully- Jordan discovered the issue that he created from the Data Vault backup- going to the hard drive instead of the Vault. He fixed it and even installed my drivers for me for free. I told him about my issues with Pete and I never want to deal with him again. He mentioned he was sorry for that, but we have a great online survey that i could take to voice my concerns directly and to not let Pete's attitude prevent me from going to Data Doctors again. THAT guy should be the manager! Promote THAT guy! I wont deal with Pete ever again--- will take my business elsewhere if Jordan is not working at that store. I would only recommend DDoctors for the fixes they have provided, and some personnel services...but not Petes!

I just received my computer back today so I haven't had any problems. The service was quick. It is very hard to live without my computer as I do everything on it. The guys at the store I went to on Higley and Pecos in Gilbert, AZ were great. Jordan took the time to answer all my questions. Thanks guys.
