The only problem I had was the time line in which my computer was in the shop. When I first dropped off my computer for service I was told how long till it would be done and it took longer then what was told. Even though it took longer the expected everything runs fine and I'm very happy with the service.

Good Service, Machine works great! Didn't realize spyware, cookies and viruses that showed up on computer until automatic detection was set up. Reccomend nightly scans to keep machine clean. All the guys were great!

No I was happy with the experience and politeness! Most of the time I get turned off by rude people, I do not care how good they are. So I like to be treated good and have excellent service. That is why I have used your service four times! I like all the workers at this store! Just stay nice! If thwy can deal with this 54 yr old mom, who is just learning computers and be able to answer all my questions and help me without making me feel like an idiot! I am returning and referring!

The fixing of my computer was great. There is a problem though of customer service...I took the time to come to the store and there was one person ahead of me. There were two of your agents behind the counter, one helping the customer and one just standing there listening. They knew I was there waiting for about 5 minutes. The phone rang and the one who had been listening went to help the person on the phone, instead of me who was next in line. I kept waiting and listened as your agent helped the person on the phone, answering questions and giving advise. When he finally got off the phone, he then asked if he could help me. I thought this was extremely rude. The agent should have helped me when I first came in. And, at least, instead of helping the person on the phone and making me keep waiting, he should have put the person on hold and helped me as I obviously was next in line. I think your company should do some training in customer service ediquette as this made me furious!

The service has been great, however, i believe due to no fault on Data Drs part, i need to bring back my PC because now my McAfee site is blank and I cannot use this product which was previously working. Todd came to my house, but was unable to determine the cause of my computer problem. So he took the computer to the store. (I told him that getting it fixed was not urgent.) I stopped in to the store a couple of days later to see whether the staff needed to talk to me about anything. I talked with Todd and Ron. A couple of days later, Nick brought the repaired computer to my house and reinstalled it. My expectations were all met. Todd, Ron, and Nick all seemed very professional and pleasant. I appreciate their help.

Ron & (Nick) I think that was his name. Sorry. Were very friendly and helpful. Ron took care of my laptop and successfully recovered all my e-mail. I currently run a business from home and my computer was fixed and returned to me within one business day; which was wonderful. Ron also kept me updated on what was going on and also helped me with advising me to have a Antivirus proctection so that I would not continue having more issues.
