The $79.00 to restore the motherboard was a good deal. However, our good feelings stop there. We totally got taken to the cleaners by your company for the comprehensive overhaul service. We spent $279.00 to get a computer that does function, but that's all. None of the software or settings are still there and it will require countless hours of our time to fix. How this could be worth it is hard to imagine. If we had reloaded the operating system ourselves, we'd be exactly in the same place, just $279.00 richer. We'd really like to get that money refunded, as there does not seem to have been any value there at all. Had we been told that there was only a 50% chance that it would be useful at all, we certainly would not have chosen to spend it. My husband called in the request to have you discuss it with him, including the cost prior to doing anything. This didn't happen, and I was under the impression that it had happened or else I would not have authorized this expense.

I was pelased with the service you provided, including a compelte clean-up of my PC. I have one question: Installed web-root successfully, and it is working. I do get an occasional message saying "Need to turn on firewall" or something ike that. Seems like a Microsoft message. Does web-root require that at all? Aelx Herzog [email protected]

You've helped clear out the virus problem and told me about some things to watch out for. I would like to purchase the new anti virus software, but will have to wait until I get more $. In the mean time, I have uploaded some anti virus updates on the Synmantic program that's already installed and hopefully that will give me more protection. Thanks!!
