tiff and steve were awesome. im happy with my new laptop. nice to know there only shout away for my next wrong turn or blunder. steve was very honest with me, when it came to either fixing my old or putting it to sleep. he said with my old computer gett-n up there in computer years, he thought it smarter to invest in a newborn. to make a long story short, old one donated, new one humming, and everybody lived happily ever after..............................................................until....................dough:><"?>>"}"

I took my desktop and laptop into our local store because they were both running slow. The desktop more so. We opted to go with the reload everything. I saved all of our personal information and took the appropriate disks to the store for the system reload. I have Qwest as my internet provider, along with a wireless router. All of this was made known and I took my router to the store also. Qwest helped me set this up initially and I was not certain I could do it myself again so I wanted to be able to boot up and be ready to go when I brought the computers home. I was told no problem. Well, not only didn't all the disk programs get loaded, I had to take my desktop back twice for various problems with viewing DVDs, MSN e-mail account, locking up, etc. My laptop couldn't recogize the router for internet and I still struggle with the connection every time I boot up. I am not going to go back and leave my computers for overnight or days at a time again as we use them for business and personal. The staff is friendly, but I only got to talk to the owner once. He had me do a "test drive" before I left [3rd visit by then] and we did indeed discover a problem. Neither one of the two employees I dealt with on other visits did that. I listen to Data Doctors whenever I can on Saturdays and love the show. Have to say I am not very enthused about the value of the service I got for the money I paid from this store. Unfortunately, the employees I dealt with implied I had done something wrong to cause the return visit when in actuality the problems came up when I tried to open or work with files. Probably won't return to this store ever. Recommend Data Doctors to others - maybe, since I love the show. Regards, Kathy Lehnerz

Tiffany worked with me at Data Doctors in Maricopa, AZ. She was very friendly, helpful and considerate. I think this particular store needs to be better, though, at returning their phone messages. There was a man there, who was borderline rude. I came in carrying my tower my first visit and he finally looked at me and said, "She'll be with you in a minute." First I didn't know who "she" was. So I asked can I at least put this [tower] down? He said "sure." Like "whatever." If they had a door that swung open either way, it would help. I saw a lot of people carrying large equipment in. Tiffany helped me carry my tower and printer and some customers opened the door. I would recommend Data Doctors, but just Tiffany, not the older man who works there. Please recognize Tiffany for exceptional service.
