It's not the fault of your people, because my Dell computer with VISTA and tons of programs that fought with each other has had problems ever since I purchased it two years ago. I spent several hundred dollars to get the viruses off my computer and purchased Webroot from Data Doctors. This was in December. I got it home, and it worked fine...until the warranty ran out. Webroot did not keep new problems from happening, and now I'm back to struggling with a computer beset with problems. It won't even shut down any more - it goes into crash mode and "saves" itself and brings the desktop back up. I have to press the power button to get off. And every time I listen to an audio file, my internet connection is lost. Nothing I do either in the control panel or by taking the internet connection out of the USB port and putting it back works. I have to shut it off and bring it back up to renew the connection. sigh. I'm blaming VISTA - it's been a nightmare since I got it. My art and sound programs fight with each other. They never did that on my old Dell with XP.

The process has been difficult (mostly my fault for trying to fix my own computer) knowing that I might have lost all my old emails/photos, etc.... But after purchasing a new computer and having James come to my home to set up and recover old data -- the process has been seamless. The Data Doctors computer that I purchased at the Vista Service Store is the best computer that I have ever owned. It starts-up in 45 seconds or less... is very very fast... runs smoothly and flawlessly... and shuts-down in about 30 seconds. I am very satisfied with my Data Doctors computer and will surely recommend Data Docters to all my friends and relatives. Also, I should mentioned that before purchasing the Data Doctors computer, I had brough my old HP computer into the Vista Data Doctors store because it would not come-up once started. Found out that the mother board had gone. Since the HP computer was more than six years old and had been repaired several times in the past... I decided it was time for a new machine... so here I am with a Data Doctors Computer. You guys at Data Doctors are doing a great job and I'm glad I puchased one of your machines.... so keep doin' what your doin'! Allen Prosser, Vista, CA

When I got home and plugged the computer, AOL was still on the computer, as I didn't check that when I was in the store when you turned on the machine for me. Then I got on the internet and went on one website to check lotto tickets and ran the spyweeper afterwards, I had to quarantine on trojen high risk ... Does this happen everytime you log on the internet?
