When I print out copies of airline tickets, etc., the printer cannot contain all the printed info. Several characters are cut off on the right margin. I have tried to adjust properties to no avail. Likewise with scaling. Everything I have tried will not solve the problem of the incomplete info being left off the right margin of the finished copy.

Try adjusting the print density on your Laser printer panel, if you don't know there should be a configuration devices menu that let you restore your printer back to it was from the manufacture Check the manual that came in with Laser Printer.

If you have new toner install it and see if you having the same problem

You can also use a denatured alcholo and very carefully clean inside of you laser printer where you put your toner cartridge and make you sure before you do this the printer is unplug from the outler jack.
