Why i hear that noise

when i turn on my speakers i hear a beeping sound it sounds like a bird and when my speakers are turned off i dont hear the beeping sound anyone know wats up???

Hi my is Jonathan....That used to happen to my computer....What i did what that i change the setting to the microphone...That what makes that sound.. What u need to do is go to ur audio property...Well Go to control panel and there sound and multimedia properties See where is said sound recording make sure that is set right...that should stop that noise...
