I am working on my sisters computer because it will not even sign into Windows ME...we keep getting an error message.... "exception caused in user32.dll" and when I close that box out...the machine just stays where it is...as if frozen. What can I do and how do I do it?

If the 32.DLL you need to go to the suppost.microsoft.com to identifty the error You need to select the software product and enter the program name in the keyword search box Look for the error message with an explanation of its cause.
