This could be a virus that make your computer to bootup every minute or at the startup What you can do is to start your computer in safe mode or debuge mode try either way You can also unplug the Ethernet cable and other peripherals devices except the keyboard and mouse and reboot the computer in safe mode.

If this doesn't work trying using the Windows 2000 CD and choose repair.

If by anychange you be able to get in to windows logon, block some services such as FTP, Telnet, Remote ACCES, and go to Microsoft Website for windows update also update your antivirus, after installing this update make a full scan with the antivirus software also download from symantec the removal blaster worm utility.
