How to fix server problem

the server has no output. the monitor remains blank and the keyboard is not responding either. the microprocessor and motherboard had been renewed and RAM upgraded to 256mb.

First check all the obvious things first Make sure that not only the PC is plugged in, but the monitor as well Also make sure the monitor is plugged in to the PC If so test the outlet that it is in to make sure it's not the outlet Also, if possible swap monitors to test that it is not the monitor that is at fault If that is not the problem you may need a new power supply
