Question:

I have a problem with it rebooting and the blue screen of death appearing. I ran the latest virus pattern from Trend and AdAware to remove what I could.

I heard Adam mention on Saturdays show about "Trend Chip Away" and that does come up during bootup. Is that causing a problem, is there a way to turn it off? The machine was given to me for free and I tried to get it ready so my son could broadband with it from his Marine base in North Carolina. I shipped it to him, now its acting up, help if you can.

You may have some of the os file coropted you may want to try to reinstall your os and boot up againg
