Virus and Hoaxes

For the second time I've received a forwarded email saying that Microsoft is testing it's latest version of Windows and if I forward it to a friend they will send me money. Is this a hoax?

People outside has nothing else to do is to search people E-mail address and send E-mail to people computer asking people to click on there site they made themselves trying people to see there site If this continue sending this just click on the X to close it You have to know that the Microsoft does not E-mail you to ask you to test out there products
