How to remove the items from the bin so it won't take up any space on the hard drive?

Is there any way to set up my recycle bin so when it deletes items it doesn't just delete them it purges them from the memory so they don't take up any space.

Well the best way i can tell you how to remove the files once you delete them is to right click on the recylce bin and click on empty recycle bin, or you can double click it and do the same thing click on empty the recycle bin--Robert Outlaw
