What you can do is to type on the start run command "dxdiag" and press enter This will test your system performance and devices Go to the sound tab and press a button where it says Test Direct soud See if you can hear a sound if not let it know Also go to Music tab and see if it work if not let the program know.

If this doesn't work, double check the cable from your speakers, the green port of the sound card should be for the spearker If out have an earphone test it and see if it work, if it do work then there is a problem either the speakers or the port.

Also install the latest drivers from the manufacture website and see if it work Double check the setting in the control panel
