How to remove a virus from the computer?

I've scanned computer. KLEZ.H was discovered. Can not be cleaned. What can I do?

I would tell you to use nortons 2003 or 2004 this will quarantine the virus or trojan if it can't be removed, Or you can actually go to downloads.com and download a trojan remover, I think the problem will be solved using nortons, because even if it can't remove the virus it will quarantine it and keep it in a safe place so the virus won't spread or effect the proformance of your computer--Robert Outlaw
