Virus and Hoaxes

Hi there!!

I'm on windows xp and when on the net i keep getting a message saying that the "remote procedure call terminated unexpectedly". It disconnects the net, counts down to zero and shuts down the whole computer. I've scanned for viruses and found a Trojan Horse Dialer and a Blaster Worm..How do get rid of these Bugs... PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

The best thing to do is format the whole entire computer, because the computer is ineffect with virus You have to download the entire on software on to your computer from beginning like brand new.
