Its simple...I had someone send me a pictue as a .ZIP via e-mail and I want to open it. but my computer wants to know if I want:

open a temporary copy with a associated file

or save as a file. If I say that I want to open a temporary file, the system comes back and says there is no associated file. So how can I open the pictures? Sorry, I'm not one who sits around and plays on computers every night after work.

Can you help?
