DRI_FILTR cannot be found

I get a file \\.\DRI_FILTR cannot be found. I have reinstalled both XP Professional and MS Office 2000 with no luck. I'd like to know where it is found and how I can install it into the correct place.

Solution: Install Updated MediaKey Software

Install the new version of the MediaKey Sofware for Windows XP.

1 Download the software

2 Uncompress the ZIP file

3 Run SETUP.EXE

4 Restart your computer
