What is wrong with the web address

When i go online with dial up on my computer i can only type in like two web address and they will come up. After that I cannot go to any other web address. The page will not open.

I have to then disconnect from internet and then reconnect. Just so I can see a new webpage..I have checked cache size and I am allowing cookies. What is wrong? Help.....please!

DL them (they are free), install them, check each for their definition

updates and then run AdAware and Spybot, fixing anything they say.

Then run HiJack This http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html and post a log - DO NOT FIX anything
