What is a reinstallation?

When I shut down windows XP I get the following Message

End Program Notification Wnd for RNAdmin

Windows can not end this program. It may need more

time to complete an operation.

To return to Windows and check the status of the program

click cancel.

If you choose to end the program immediately you will lose

any unsaved data. To end the program now click end now

My system resources are running at 100% My computer is running

extremely slow when using the work processor in Microsoft Word,

While playing solitare it will hang.

I have tried to use the system restore points with no improvement.

I have intalled an additional 256 PC2100 DDR Memory stick. No Help

I don't want to have to format my hard drive and reinstall my

operating system and everythng else if I don't need to. There may

be other issues, but I would like to find out what the program

Wnd for RNAdmin is and how I can find it to remove it or repair it.

It may not be that on what you are thinking because i had the same problem and what I did was reinstall everything down to windows i had no problems since then.
