My mouse for my laptop is frozen. I have tried plugging in a mouse to the USB port and restarting the computer, it still won't work. My keyboard is fine, I can access all of my programs. My question is why this is happening? I am also getting an error message that says to reinstall "wkwbl.dll" and was wondering if my problem could be attributed to this.

What you should do is install any drivers that may have come with that mouse If there were no drivers you should check the Hardware Compatibility List (HCL) with the manufacturer of that mouse.
