My hard drive won't start when it is plugged in to the IDE connector on the mother board. I disconnected every card to remove any conflicts. Still wouldn't work. The hard drive powers up when it is not plugged into the motherboard. I tried new ribbon cable but still have the same result.
Please help
Thank you.
