Compleated routine Disk Scan, and Defragmentation.. To do properly I go into run "msconfig" and remove the stratup items while doing the defrag check to avoid continuous restarts of the check. When compleated I then have to go back to the stratup and uncheck the items that should not start. Now have an error Message: ""RUNDLL-Error loading C:\progra~1\Belarc\Advisor\System|NPBELL32.dll" "The System cannot find the path specified"" Suspect I have either something checked or that should not be checked in stratup that is causing this error message? So far can not find the combination. Your ideas please as to what I may need to check or uncheck or other actions needed to remove this error message? What does the message apply to, that may help in the start up list? The only other action which may bear on the problem is the routing of disk cleanup preceeding the disk scan and defrag checks.I wish there was a list of which items must be checked on the stratup list. I have about 60 items listed and I know a big part of them should not be checked.

Thanks

Ralph

You may be having these problems because when you are disk scanning or defraging and checking those options off is the problem you shouldnt be un checking anything while you are running these problems solvers leave it alone because when you do run these tools it also erases the previous things that you have done so in setead of un checking options when you run these programs leave them alone and you probably wont have these problems again.
