What is a faulty explorer?

When I'm surfing with my Internet Explorer 6.0 and want to send an email to a site (such as yours) and I click on the "Contact us" link a new copy of Outlook 2000 (without a "newly addressed email") starts up instead of just a newly addressed email in the Outlook 2000 that I already have running. Why and how can I fix this?

What your problems is that internet explorer 6.0 still has some bugs that have not been fixed yet so not making it as stable as 5.0 so what you should do is reinstall 5.0 and it wont give you any problems
